Real life threats

i was typing in side chat to help a friend and people didn't like the fact that I was helping a friend.mintried to keep chat to a mini mum and eventually I added my friend on steam and we could chat on teamspeak. A few hours later a load of guys joined our teamspeak channel and sais, are yiu the guys who want their head bashed in. 

Tha ha is real life threats and I don't know how this is accepted. I was helping a friend, it happened to be on side for a few minuets and we get people saying real life threats. This is not acceptable and will be acted upon
