• Make sure that the issue / bug you are posting, is actually a issue / bug and not just a one off thing.
  
• Make sure that your issue is reproducible or you have evidence of it to show to us, this makes it a lot easier for us to find and fix the bug.
  
• Try to be specific with your issue, ensure that your post is not too vague so that we can review it easily.
  
• Ensure that if we ask you for any addition information you try to provide it in detail as you did with your original post.
