Reactions and reputation are gone

The title does a fantastic job of explaining what my problem is; I can't react to anything and all my reputation is gone.

Not sure if other ppl are having this problem but it seems like the post saying this problem is solved is kinda outdated

Yeah, It breaks all the time, I think its something to do with how IPS updates it breaks the reaction system.

I believe this is fixed... it hasn't happened since something was changed, I have been keeping a eye on it and so far so good.
