Hey everyone,

I ''sold'' this house 3 weeks ago, but the highest bidder didn't have the money, and the next 2 bidders also didn't have the money or weren't interested anymore. Since I have internet now again, I'll sell it again. I'll just copy-paste the old ad!

Dear customers, I'm selling my precious drug house in Kavala. It's located 180 meters away from the best drug dealer in Altis, it's also a 10 meter walk away from the center of Kavala where all the fun (and accidents,robberies and kidnappings) happens. This house is simply the best. It has enough storage for three large boxes, however, it comes without furniture. Have you ever thought: ''I need my car, but there garage isn't close, ugh, I wish I had a better placed house''?. Well, you can say goodbye to that problem, because the garage is just a 45 seconds walk away  from this spectacular house! Could this house become any better? Yes, yes it could. It could have YOU as an owner.

Bidding starts now at 200.000, and minimum raise of 50.000. Bidding ends in 2 days. If the bids don't make it to the minimum I expect I'll extend the bidding time ( or remove the ad if no one is interested)

I`d say my house is better than yers in kavala :p (For obvious reasons I wont showcase it)

Rigt now I have 900k in the bank. But I can easily get 100k in a hour. So don't worry about it. How quickly do you need money after payment? 

 
What about a couple of days if I give you a tip? I have some big exams tommorow, so I kinda have to revise. I can give it to you by the end of the week? :/

This has happened to me the three times i sold my houses... Plan ahead for the next time, you've got two days of bidding where you can earn money. I trust that you'll get the money by the end of the week. Just don't bid, say that you don't have the money and then bail after making me wait for some days (like the others did -_-)

I'm sorry man. I was palming to do a drug run last night but then I remembered I had to go to hospital for something.  I'll have the money by the end of the week. I promise I won't bail.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
