Time & Date this happened: Today, about thirty minutes before the posting of this thread (4/5/2015)

Description of what happened: I drove down the street, picked up a passenger in my car, and I was shot at. I drove away from that scene, the attacker not following me. My tires decided to implode randomly, having taken no damage, or perhaps shot out by the new group of people (the reported,) but I did not hear any gun shots. They surrounded me, told me to drop my gun. I didn't hear them originally, the mic quality was not good. They shot at me, and I yelled at them to stop which they did and another in the group came forward, with a better mic, and told me to drop my gun, which I did. They then all together started to tell me to drop my armor, I was prepared to do so, but I was told and I honestly forgot where, that you cannot mug for gear, just weapons, money and generic crap you might have on you. (I am new, I didn't find anything in the rules specifically about mugging, so I do not know if this is legitimate or not.) I told them this, and obviously iniated OOC conversations which they completly ignored, and in a snobby, scarcastic tone replied "What are these rule you're talking about.." as if their characters were still speaking. I tried to simply hold the situation to get a confirmation on this, and they continued to do the crap about not knowing what I was talking about (like OOC at this point, talking as if they are their characters.) After this they just fired on me, tried looting my body to no success and left.
What Rule Was Broken ?: As I have said, I couldn't find a specific rule that was broken, seeing as there are none associated with mugging directly, as in what and what you should and shouldn't do.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, they just ran away.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading up to the RDM and after): I don't record usually, seeing as it takes up a lot of power and memory I don't have to spare.
