i made a recording of failed roleplay, am i allowed to give the evidence and name the person in the video? or will i be breaking metagaming rule? thanks

If he broke a rule then you can use it as evidence as long as you didn't say his name in-game without him telling you.

That is what the report a player section on this forums is for. If you see someone rule breaking you are alloweds to metagame AFTER either by scrollwheel/tilde key or by the tag on their name. you must follow the template for reporting a player (there's a pinnded post with the template) and must submit it within 24hours.
