You can hear him saying hands up hands up but he kills me whiles saying that.

Hello Mr. Carl.

During this time you appeared with an firearm in an active firefight between myself and police officers. Now when I watched your video, I could not hear any in-game sounds, I could only hear what you said, and some subtitles on the video. The reason I shot you was because you were in an active firefight, with a gun that looked to be pointing at me. As you can understand, if I turn around in a Firefight and I see a gun pointing at me, I would neutralize the threat, that could be to my life. I for one do not know what you, and unarmed civilian would even run into the middle of a firefight to pickup an weapon, but that is besides the point.

EDIT: I would like to also point out, that at no time I was informed about this, and the player did not make any attempts to contact me. I was only informed about this today, by someone else.
