Which Server did this happen on: I actually don't know. Pretty sure server #1
 
Description of what happened: My friend nick was told to put his hands up and instantly shot without a chance to follow orders or even react. I was hiding in a building nearby. There was no way they knew our names or the fact we were together. I hid my gun and went to kill them off. Without a warning I was also shot upon. I was pointing a gun at them but this doesn't start RP. This was also several minutes later. I ran off and hid again. Just as I was about to shoot one of them another kills me again still no RP and no shots fired from me or Nick. I only got two names off them sadly. There were more like 4 of them but these two and the ones who followed me and killed me.

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes in chat I asked them to come on teamspeak because they RDMed me, they seemed to think there was no RDM. Even if they saw me, they would have had to metagame my name to see I was with Nick as I wasn't near him at any point.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after) Sorry I didn't record the entire thing, I only started recording shortly after Nick died and reminded me to start recording.

This Is All my footage, I only started recording after you had already killed nick and 3 seconds, what a load of rubbish. I thought it was Nick himself saying it before he was killed. Also running from a firefight? That is not reason to shoot someone nor were we in a firefight. I shot not a single bullet.

Show some evidence and stop posting so many comments. you are not even the one reported.

This, like all posts is up to the Admins, Can someone please remove all these comments, they are both a load of lies and made by people who are not actually involved in the report.

I left the recruitment channel after quite some time. You clearly stated where you sat in the chat anyway.

I had every right to open fire on you, you were attempting to kill me without any RP. I was hiding in a building the entire damn time, You must have metagamed my name to know I was with Nick so either was you broke a rule.

You also never told me to put my hands up. Again show some proof! "If i remember this right i even said when i count to 3 you'll get shot." you remember very wrong, you said hands up then a second later killed Nick. Lucky for you I wasn't recording at this time.

I will not be replying to this. Leave it to the Admins.

Clearly see I shoot? I only shot at the end after they had already rdmed my friend and tries to kill me too. Stop replying unless you have evidence or were involved.

why would I even report someone I have never met for RDM unless they had done it? That would make no sense. Besides I hardly report many people.

The admins will decide what to do and deal with it.

Report A Player Rules

All three of you, from what you type, are NOT the person being reported. You were at the scene and you are giving your story, which is against our rules. Only the person being reported and the person reporting are to respond. From your stories it does not become clear that you are the reported person, and your names are different from his as well.

In all three cases a warning point has been issued. If one of you IS the person being reported, message me and I will see to it that it is made undone. Do not message me saying: ''Sorry, we did not know the rules. The second, pinned topic on top of this section clearly visible, would have told you so and it is your responsibility to be up to date on our rules, not ours to make sure you are.

If you have evidence to provide, make your friend, the person who got reported, make a account. One of you specifically made one to reply here, so can he. Then he can tell his story. Your posts are now all hidden in compliance with our rules.

Also, calling in admins so this won't take forever or turn into a bigger mess. (Admins can read the hidden replies so don't worry that your input goes to waste) @Neo @Vacatio @Steph ♥

@firewings14 Also, posting three times in a row is considered spam. Think about what you want to say and make ONE post. Same goes for your last two posts, @JordanMason123 . We have a edit button for a reason. Multiple consecutive posts just clod things up.
