Which Server did this happen on: Server #1
Description of what happened: Me and three other Gc members decide to drive up to weed processing inside of a sports hatchback, with the sole intention of looking for people to either protect, or talk to. However we crash ( not sure how ) and find an unarmed man staring at us, asking us to step out of the car hands up or we will be shot. ( In this case we could of all jumped out of the car and killed the three involved, as we had eyes on them and were fully geared ), but instead Gc Jay decides we should RP the Hostage situation out and see where it leads, as we'd previously been warned that we should up our RP Quality. We jump out the Hatchback and surrounded, told to move around the side of the helicopter and lined up. The three involved decide too tell us to stay still and decide who will be shot, 2 out of 4. In this case i believe it was an extremely bad RP situation created with an excuse to Kill us. Gc Chelston was killed randomly, before the countdown had finished, and my character was opened fire upon whilst re-putting his hands up. It was very poor RP, especially since the surviving two were killed after anyway, no one survived.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
4B) You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.)
( My Old name was ' Anima ', him saying he was going to kill Anima, referred to me. huge meta gaming here which also influenced his execution, IMO, as we had also had an argument a few days before this event. Also makes this situation seem more like a revenge act from OOC .... )
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I contacted him, asking him to come into Team-speak to discuss the situation. He agreed but sent these messages, which completely deterred me from trying to resolve the problem. ( After also speaking to a mentor, he said that the RDM was slightly in the Grey zone, and it was entirely my choice to place it on the forums, so i definitely considered the report first. )
