Which Server did this happen on: UK 1
Description of what happened: Elder Lyons + 2 other persons were standing at the airport hanger while i whas landing my chopper at air repair. I turnt my engine off, but when then i could see 3 guys whit riffels so i turn my engine on again. they then run towords me yelling stay on the ground. and i did (i did not take of) tho i did not turn my engine off. 3 sec after they yell at me they fire a couple of rounds and kill me.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: i tried to messegde him whit the phone ingame. he did replay but didnt really give much about it. he said he had newer seen the rule in the rules. (im gonna post a screenshot of thes messegde)

since you cant see what i typed im gonna type it here: (im basicly telling him that you cant say stay on the ground and then 3 sec after kill the person when the person is still on the ground) (it says in the rules that RDM is if you kill a person whitout enyform of RP or if you dont give the person enogh time to comply) / i dont want him banned i just want my stuf back.
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
