RDM shot down by 2 guys POOR RP/ Meta gaming

Description of what happened:

I was driving to meet my friend and as I was driving down the road these 2 guys are sitting on the end of the road and as I pass them they open up and fire and started lighting me up, now i did hear them say stop and i was stopping as you can see in the video but before they even told me to stop they started shooting at me. now i have never spoken to these guys ever before, i have never once been in a RP situation with them and it seemed like they knew i was part of a gang. anyway they killed me its fine i don't mind but the poor RP as you can see in the video was just terrible and it was borderline RDM. i was also having frame and lagg issue as seen in the video.

What Rule Was Broken ?:Meta gaming/ RDM/ attempting to glitch my body

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: he was not on the server or ts so was unable to get in-contact with the 2 of them.

Just to add a point, Vladimir has tried to glitch police bodies before in fire fights, also picking up weapons and killing anyone around him.
