Description of what happened: Was repairing my car. then gun shots started to happen. Went to check it out, I then went back to my car after finding nothing and got shot.
These guys did mug me before, but more than 5 minutes ish had passed since that time.
When they shot, they gave no warning.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Talked for about a minute on TS. He still thinks he had the right to shoot me as he told me to leave the area about 5-10 minutes ago.

About 3 minutes in is when i get shot. You can see 3 minutes before i get shot, then 2 minutes after.

[SIZE=14.6666666666667px]In your footage, you can clearly see that there is a firefight between myself and another party. you were wandering about the firefight zone with a weapon in your hands, I explained to you clearly that I had no idea if you were hostile or not. Yet having a weapon out in a firefight zone is in my eyes at-least a hostile action.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=14.6666666666667px]It was night time, So I was using night vision goggles, I couldn't properly see the bounty hunter uniform. just the weapon in your hands. This is not RDM, as you even state that you were asked to leave but decided to ignore my threat in your report. [/SIZE]

@Raywin, and actual final warning would have been beneficial here.... That said......... 

@Busterguy you even stated you were hanging around the scene even after being warned. This therefore is your own fault.
