 Description of what happened: i was driving with my friend and this guy in a cop car shot me and i lost about 20k on gear and they probably chopped my truck

 What Rule Was Broken ?:  im pretty sure he cant do that and i think its rdm, im new to server but i have read all the rules.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:no because i think this might scalade to something worse

Its not really an RDM mate. He told you to put your hands up multiple times and you decided to run.
