this was not rdm our checkpoint had been taken over and 2 of my guys had been killed we then stormed the checkpoint and killed whoever was inside, including you guys who were in our towers which is also agains prna laws. Id just like to state that as general of the prna  pfc. stranger was acting on my direct orders

Omligon, you are being extremely dishonest by stating that; that's not at all what I said.

Furthermore; the checkpoint had been taken over and two fellow PRNA members had been killed on-site. We had orders to clear the checkpoint and combined with the concomitant fact that you were breaking PRNA-laws by entering restricted territory I was given the authority to shoot-to-kill. Had you announced your surrender this may have turned out differently.

With the verdict ultimately being decided by the administrators; if they find that I in any way broke server rules by killing Mr. Omligon I apologize sincerely in advance.

What you knew or thought doesen't really play much role when it comes to my reasoning for shooting you, I am merely explaining what I did and for what reasons.

This complaint is aimed towards me, is it not? That would presumably make my explanation for the recent incident more relevant.

RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

Does not say, unless you're in UNMC then they can kill you on sight

Again; I have explained my reasoning for shooting you. I don't see any reason to further prolong this discussion and I will let the admins decide from presented evidence and arguments what the final verdict will be.

Im fed up of this reporting for fucking shit. All the time its turning into play to report and its really starting to turn sour. This situation is extremely  self explanatory of why it happened its not a god dam report a player! No rules are broken if your not happy use your mouth and talk to him. Us admins will sort it out if its a server rules related problem . This is just a situation where a lower rank has been told in rp and irl that there men are being killed clear the check point. There you are full military gear on top of out tower with a 7.62. You where killed. Maybe you where nothing to do with the attack maybe you where. But its god dam rp things go wrong mistakes are made deal with it. It happens in real life. You get hit by a car ... its not automatically a attempted murder or vdm. Im sorry this whole report a player section is just getting petty now. It has to be said because its getting worse and worse. This is not in any way aimed just at this report but at meany others. Il be linking this report in a thread soon about this topic so the wider community can see my point and comment.
