RDM on two medics - Allah from Autoglass

Description of what happened: A civilian picked up a police weapon and started shooting everyone.

What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM, Medics being a neutral faction.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Nah, he is not on teamspeak.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

I am sure that RDM on a medic does not require a video.
