18/1-15 04:58 ich, couple of min before server restart.
 
Description of what happened:
Was with two new friends out on a drive. End of server time, but for some last action i stoped with my new friends at Pierrs kitchen. These two guys in a hurron landed and i decided that we should help them out.
 
And as you can se there is a humming bird hovering and the group makes it clear that we dont want them there, warning shots (you can se iam aiming well below them)
 
They are starting to land, and from nowhere i got shot by Mental.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No, server went down before i respawned.

So you break roleplay in the video multiple times by mentioning "lagging".

And by you just opening fire on my friends chopper what did you think was going to happen? That I was just going to watch you shoot them? 

How am I meant to know that you are aiming "below them" when you are clearing shooting at their general direction...

Here's my perspective.


As you can see in the video, I didn't kill the guy with his gun lowered as it looked like he had nothing to do with it since he wasn't actively shooting at the chopper.

 how not to look hostile ( I was there aswell ):
Don't shoot 15 rounds at separate times as warningshoots
Don't aim directly towards both the helli and the car with guns

If you wouldn't have shoot those last rounds we would not open fire towards you. 
We also spoke to boxiom about it.

Off-note you and your friend were the reason to the gunfight.
next time maybe shoot one round of warning shoots, maybe walk up towards the landing helli instead of giving it another multi-round of warningshoots
