Description of what happened: The job is a Treasury Heist. We asked for volunteers to join us in the truck and advised them that they would need to do as they were told when we arrived at our destination. We didn't force anyone in to the truck, every person on the truck came as they wanted to earn a little cash and help us out. When we were unloading the guys at the Treasury we advised them that they would now be ziptied to make the situation more believable towards the police. Some started running a little but came back to the truck except one guy who decided to keep running. He was advised to stop running or he would be shot. At this point he turns and shoots at the pursuing guy and then started gunning the rest of the gang down. At no point did he communicate in voice chat and neither did he RP the situation. You can even hear the surprise from the other guys who were in the truck. He simply turned and started shooting everyone. I'm perplexed as to why a guy would think it's a good idea to just run and gun at people who are holding assault rifles using only a pistol. This at the very basic level is bad RP. We had put a lot of time and effort into getting this organised, we had even given everyone in the truck the England shirt clothing so we could RP having taken the English Football Team Hostage. We are all very, very disappointed at the outcome.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No as the RP situation continued between the remaining members of the group and the police.
