Time & Date this happened: 2:20 AM 1/11/2015
 
Description of what happened: We landed at the drug dealer and wanted to have a normal conversation with our weapons holstered. We knew we were getting surrounded but we just wanted to RP.  He told us to put our hands up and shot is straight away. I even put my hands up but he didn't seem to bother. 
As you can see [GC] Ali got even knocked out so he didn't have the chance to put his hands up, Jensen just shot him.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He says it's not RDM.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence)

Hello! :) Jensen here! :)

At the start a guy were aiming at me (2 Guys). 1 guy Holstered his weapon. And the other one keep aiming. I though i was dead.. But i had 2 teammates behind my back, so i could survive it! :-/ I think.. So, i said ''Put your hands on your bag'' and then i knocked the guy out, with the MK18 (The guy WHO aimed at me). And then a guy started shooting on me (with mk20c), and i shot back. The guy i knock Downed, started aiming at me, and then i though he shot. So i shot him too, and the last kill was a Reflex..

And you only have 20 sec of the Situation(on the video)... Our situation took more than 20 sec.

PS: The guy i knocked out, were aiming at me... So i shot him too, and then i felled ''Scared'' So i shot the last one, because i went i Prone.

Yeahh.. You knocked a guy out and he is aiming at you? Great story.. 

I put my hands up and just got shot. 

Dont try to make a nice story about this, upload your video if you want because i dont think it will make any difference.

A long video won't matter, asking a guy to put his hands up, knocking him out and killing him is enough evidence.

also another thing to point out as we were resolving the situation you said "yeah well who is the one alive" and left the TeamSpeak.

I think that you should have acted a bit more serious if you care about getting banned.

And then after we refused to take compensation as people like you ruin the game you started to become aggressive.

Well probably Kris will hide my post but i want to type it. We came there because we wanted to chat with you we knew that theres a guy on the roof and your friends huron dropped another guy behind us. So we knew that if we initiate  hostile RP they would kill us so we tried to chat with the guy my friends holstered his weapon but i didnt because i cant cause of some bug when i holster it it comes back to my hand however i kept it lowered as you can see in the video and then the guy tells us the put our hands up and instantly knocks me out when he says it then matthijis puts his hands on his head but boris tries to shoot him but he ends up dead and then the guy turns to me kills me then kills matthijis and his defence is i aimed my gun on him and then he kills me because i aimed my gun on him while i was 'knocked out'. I cant see how its possible... And he killed Matthijis because he complied and put his hands on his head... The summary is he is right to kill Boris since Boris shot him but i cant see the reason why he killed me and Matthijis i was knocked out couldnt do anything and matthijis had his hands up...

I asked a few people on the Server, and they say you Guys Arent serius about everything. If you just getting killed 1 time, you report it to the Forum.... and then you call it rdm.

Dude please stop speaking non sense about everything i mean can you even talk or type english in a serious UK community? And we dont care whome did you ask your gang has a loads of reports on them in such a small amount of time so i dont think thats something to do with us in particular too much people are sick of you and your gang and still you guys are still insisting that you didnt done anything wrong with your weird sentences. And we are a serious gang we are sticking by the rules and we have respect for everyone. Were almost here for 4 months and youre in no position to criminate us.

You say this but we took out your tyres before and then you jumped out and started firing back. But we won the gunfight moments later you came crying in our channel for comp saying it was RDM. 

But I have been told before by an admin that you are allowed to disable tyres.

But as we didn't want to cause a commotion we gave you the money.

GC, Why are you Hating on Our JS gang? Yes, we robbed you few times... That's all??? You only want us to get banned, so you can play without getting robbed?. The video takes 20sec, and we talked for 2 min or more....

we dont hate you, you guys just dont obbey the rules and are really bad roleplayers.

 
We want you to get banned because we can play without getting robbed? Are you a joke mate? If we take you guys seriously do you even think you can even move in the altis without our knowledge and permission? Youre overrating your gang and speaking too much about our 'gang'. Please pick your words carefully.

 
No we want you banned because you ruin RP and break rules. You took me hostage and as soon as i started to RP it was a waste of time and apparently in your book execution by drowning which is a disgraceful thing to do.

As you can see we were saying that we just came for a civil chat @ minut 1:25. When we landed we holstered our weapons so we could have a normal conversation. I asked Jensen 100 times to holster his weapon, unfortunately he didn't want to and just asked us to put our hands up and killed all of us. Ali was not able to put his hands up because he was knocked out, and i actually did put my hands up. He didn't seem to bother and just killed us.

They asked you SO many times to holster your weapon and you just ignored them.

I would have shot you after the second time because I would think you are trying something dodgy.

This is completely toxic and rude.
