I just spawned in kavala and was headed  for the garage when i met a guy. 

i said hallo to him and then he says hallo and pulls out his gun and shot down

Kavala between 9.30 and 10.30 as announced in-game is currently under riot due to the police using capital punishment earlier today.

There are currently no rules in kavala apart from VDM up until 22:30 GMT
