RDM - Ghost cartel theodor and phanalax

Description of what happened: driving from the bank in kavala to the diamond processor we come across a roadblock which we try to avoid, we spot 2 armed men, neither of which speak (audibly or visually) and shoot out our tires, they then come over and speak AFTER shooting our car
 
(im told after by my friend that they got in and out of our locked car many times without lockpicking, i did not see this as i tabbed out so unfortunately cant confirm
 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: breaking role play/rdm - if they were to shout stop etc i might of stopped first, for all i knew they were waiting for someone else, we each lost 90 k in this.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes, no response.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

It was not me who actually RDM'ed you, it was the other man mentioned. I did not RDM you, I initated  so dont include my name. It was the other man, listen and you hear me asking you to get out the vehicle. I come to your right side and you fail to comply. Therefore I shoot you, and may I say, you did not ONCE message me on teamspeak to talk which was quite immature, considering you are saying you have.

To put it short :

  • I asked you to get out of the car.
  • You didn't listen
  • Gave you plenty of time
  • Didn't comply
  • You were shot
  • NO RDM
And if you have no proof of us "getting in and out of your vehicle whilst locked" dont make assumptions like that if you did not see it, which is why it isn't in your video.

I tried to speak to theodor in game via direct chat after i was revived, i did not speak in teamspeak. I'm not denying that you guys came up to the side of the car and told us to get out, because you did, and we did not comply so its fine that you shot us there.

what I'm against is as we were driving down the road towards you, no indication was given for us to stop the car, there was a roadblock and there were people with guns, however nobody said " stop the car" or anything to that effect so we started to drive around as others had done, and again nothing was said then shots were fired at us taking our car out and injuring both me and spudnick. i would say that appropriate roleplay would of been to say something BEFORE you shot at the car.

again you guys did speak when you got to the car, but compliance was not given due to the fact you opened fire without roleplay on the car before, you also managed to get into the car without lockpicking while it was locked when we died as spudnick saw, unfortunatly i was uploading the video so did not capture that.

I try not to bitch and moan about things too much, but that was not roleplayed, no direction was given for us to stop the car before you shot, and as a result i lost 90k and spudnick lost 100k, how were we to know that you wernt just waiting for somebody else.

You should've contacted me on teamspeak as I help out with the gang. I could've had this sorted out and I have spoken to theodore about this as it was him who shot at you, not me. I will speak to him tomorrow and ask him to apologise for what happened.
 
Fair enough, I mean like i say if you popped out and said "stop the car "as we approached or went round that would of been fine in my eyes, its just the intimidate shooting and loss of our money there (which we don't have much of anyway :L )  that got me. no apologies needed but y'know in future get someone to shout first?

sorry it came to posting here too, I'd been RDM'd so many times that day by [RED] without recording that i just hopped to it.

admin please lock this/ remove - i personally feel like its resolved with no action needed, unless phal has anything more to add?
