RDM / Exploit - Sharbel

I was playing in kavala today with a friend when i was kiled by a player with a fence outside the RBA bank. The players name is Sharbel, he/she claims that this was a mistake however he killed multiple players over the space of 15 mins (or more). He also killed a member of my clan about ten mins after he killed me using the same method. My fellow clan member was Therox (forum name).

Sir you need to use the template which pinned down and posted by wilco on the report a player menu and you have to provide either screen shots or a video
