That rp though... we're not playing DayZ, if you go up to someone ask him are you friendly? and then he says im friendly and then you shoot him because he had a gun? what about approaching him with stealth and then forcing him to drop his weapon and get down on the ground with hands behind his head.... Just because he had a weapon out doesn't mean you can kill him. With that reasoning you could cause a shit storm in any major city with police and bounty hunters.
