Description of what happened: i was having a little chat with someone and suddenly don the kiwi opend fire at many people with out saying anything
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: random deathmatch
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes i ask him to come on teamspeak but he didnt say anythingback

don de kiwi also killed me just after i landed the air amblulane at nhs HQ kavala to pick up my student i will post my screen shot soon to help back up this post as don de kiwi was on a rampage no RP and breaking lots of server rules.
