As Xerone states above, you ran away in the opposite direction. When I arrived it also looked as if you  were aiming at me, take a look at 00:00:26 - 00:00:27 for that. So in my eyes I had not one but even two kill reasons.

Just as Xerone said, I don't see how this is RDM. It was also the Heroine dealer . Besides that, last time I was invited to the TS for a talk when an incident happened. You should just message me on the mobile phone though. Xerone said that my name was typed in the chat, but I didn't get to read the message as someone else typed over it.

Honestly though. You could've just put your gun away and not moved at all. That's what most people do. It would be rather odd to deny that it looked as if you were aiming at me and it would also be rather odd to deny that it looked as if you were trying to make an escape.

If you didn't want to make an escape, why have your gun out and why move away in the first place?

Xerone and I aren't the type of people that are like 'fuck all the people, fuck the rules!'.

Honestly I feel like he did what the guy said. If he wanted to he could have just shot the first guy instantly instead of turning around and turning his back to you and letting you shoot him in the back.

He was told to go out of the car and that he shouldn't aim the gun at him. That doesn't mean he can run away and aim the gun at me does it?

It's starting to look like a sloppy attempt to get me banned while Fcastro should know that it isn't smart to run with your gun out while being robbed.

The rules state that you need an RP reason to kill, if you don't RP it is RDM. Well, shooting someone running away and almost aiming a gun at you is an RP reason if you ask me. If you were to be robbed IRL would you risk running off with a weapon? The rules don't specify it any further, I read them quite often to be sure of my actions in-game.

I think you were just unlucky here Castro as you jumped out and ran toward the second guy with your gun up. The person you ran towards probably just reflexively killed you as he felt his life is in danger.
