- A traffic accident had occured and I got out, he got out repaired his, jumped back into his as my gangmember came over with his rifle up, told him to get out the vehicle. He jumped out shoots the player without saying anything, gets back in and drives away. He never said anything to initiate RP, which is against the rules.

- Yes, I tried to explain it was against the rules but another player said it wasn't if he was told to get out of his vehicle which isn't true. He himself also has to initiate RP.
