Description of what happened:
Me (Hazelnut in Caramel) and Dopefish were driving up to a Gas Station to refuel. All of the sudden and out of no where Jack shot us. I quickly saved the Video before I died.
He claims that he was robbing the Gas Station and saw us and took shots. We werent hostile as you can see in the video, Dopefish was even singing lol. We didnt even know what happend.
What Rule Was Broken?:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
We talked to him in TS, in the beginning he wasnt complying with us at all, maybe not believing us what happend. After we had the video he said he cant compensate us.
He took our weapons too. After asking again about the compensation, he didnt show any good will. For example giving us back the weapons at least.
