Description of what happened: Me and my gang went to wilco's chemical factory, we saw a tempest and we decided to rob it. I went to the back of compound of the factory so i have some cover, then suddenly a guy pops up and just kills me, without any roleplay.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried, told him to come on teamspeak but he ignored.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

First of all, we weren't there, we had just came on the scene. Second i talked to you on side chat multiple times come ts to explain me the situation but you didn't and no it wasn't clearly a combat zone. You were just buying chemicals and your buddies were covering you, so basically yes it's RDM, cause you didn't initate roleplay you just shot on sight. Next time you could have told me to go away when you saw me or tell me to leave right the area, you can't just shoot on sight, this is not KOTH.

Your hand members were telling you that people were on the hill with guns, during an active firefight. The fact that you didn't listen, and just ran into the compound with your weapon out just shows how inexperienced you are.

You let your excitement get the better of you, and because you didn't take the time to survey what was happening, you got shot in the head.

Stop your childish bitching, and irrelevant whining on the forums for something that your own evidence clearly shows.

What a waste of admin time...

First of all act more nice, that would be great. It's not how inexperienced or not experienced you are. Yes my clan members saw them on the hill and with guns, but the thing is there was no combat, it was your friends just covering the compound. Whoever tries to rob them, than there would be a combat, but you as soon as you saw me you just killed me without any roleplay next time you could have told to go away and i could have went away or i could have not complied and THEN you could have shot me. If you want to talk about this clearly, i would love to so we can solve it bit by bit.

No one was buying chemicals, look at your video. Pipa was already taking cover behind the wall from the combatants on the hill when you ran straight towards him.

The fact that you think this is RDM Is beyond ridiculous, if you run into a drug area with a gun out and you run towards a player that was taking shots no less than 30 seconds ago. You are going to die. The rules are there to protect RP, not to protect idiots who don't value their own lives. The fact that you shouted "TEMPEST TEMPEST THERE IS A TEMPEST" shows how little you care about RP and you were just out to make a quick buck. Your own gang saw the people on the hill taking positions against the men in the compound and you still ran in without saying a word.

This is not up for discussion, and since it wasn't me that shot you I have no reason to waste any more of my time talking to you on teamspeak.

Let's leave this here for the Admins to observe as there is nothing more to discuss.

Your friends advised you that there was people there and people on the hill... its clear on your video.

If they have seen someone then you should of backed off a little and watched the scene, You just ran in there and the person hiding behind the wall saw a wookie man approaching with a gun in his hand...

If someone was already taking place which it was (from your friends noticing people there) then of course hes going to fire if hes been under gun fire.

Sorry, Cannot issue a ban for this, IMO this is your own fault.
