Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Andrew Anderson  ( this is admin Neo )
 
Time & Date this happened: December 17, not sure about the time.. It was in the evening.
 
Description of what happened: So basicly me and my gang were driving around Kavala where we heard gunshots @ the drugdealer, so we decided to check the drugdealer and suddenly the admin Neo was there and decided to rage at my friend Jack Sonia ( see video ). After this he came in our teamspeak and became quite angry, it was a mistake because we didn't shoot at the drugdealer, someone else did. 
After this we tried to rob someone @ the handgunstore and we chased a car, suddenly i got killed by Andrew Anderson ( see video 2). I think he teleported and killed me or shot me from the ground, whatever it was, there was 0 roleplay involved and this is not allowed according to the server rules. 


 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, i messaged him both ingame and on teamspeak but he ignored me.

What were you doing with that Hatchback exactly? Were you trying to rob him?

 
They were actually warning shots....... never knew I killed one of you...

Either way your attitude the whole day has been really bad, RDMing at gun store, breaking RP with an undercover admin, and more...

I then got word from said admin you were once again chasing him for no reason, RPingly I shot at the chasing car.... surprisingly it killed you...... Another admin already stated to ban some of your group, however the undercover admin decided not to.

Roleplayingly, you were chasing my friend I opened warning shots in defence. I was in windowed mode so shadowplay didnt work.

Also attempting to blackmail me, then with another admin in which the issue was stated to be resolved... wow.. you're so good on your word.

None the less, i'll compensate if needed, I'm not fussed.. you were chasing a friend, I opened fire in defence... if it was the otherway around, like i'd previously seen you (RRF) do, you'd of shot out the back.

I'll also explain the first video.....

There was an empty van next to the drug dealer... and about 10 people sitting around waiting for the cops to appear...

Ask Mr Walt what happened.... oh wait he cant, they opened fire.....

Lol i don't even understand why you even would shout rdm since you guys initiated rp by chasing someone. 

when you guys chase someone you are in rp and if a friend of the person that you were chasing shoots you it can not be stated as rdm.

if you are going to quote server rules make sure you fully understand them. I don't even know why you guys would deserve an compensation but that is up to neo i suppose.

All players and admins are treated exactly the same. If a ban is needed one will be issued.

We were chasing a car, the car did NOT know we tried to rob him, we just chased him. 

Please provide evidence when u tell me i RDM people, and i did NOT break RP with a undercover admin, maybe someone in my TS did, but it wasn't me. Also, this is irrelevant to this post.

So basicly we were just following a hatchback and I got killed after that. 

I don't understand how it is roleplay to kill someone after your friend gets followed by a car.

Anyhow, i will just wait for Wilco's response.

 
well, shit happens, headshot was a fluke, cant prove my aim tbh... 

You really want me banned so badly.... when you/people in your channel could of been banned before hand... Now, another admin stated you spoke to them about it, I cant remember who it was, but they said it was sorted... and here the report is....

Sorry you got headshot, again I offered compensation, you're obviously just being vengeful......

I don't know what to say other than that... If you really think I'm a crack shot with a shit scope on a shit weapon getting headshots, it's amazing... I never even knew I hit any of you.... so, fair enough...

Let the judge decided, I abide by, and enforce this comunities rules... I think it's like my first REAL report, and I'm generally bothered by it's existance.

I tried to sort this out with you on teamspeak and even sent you a ingame message but unfortunately you did not respond to me ( i dont know why so i will not judge that ). So that's the reason i put this on the forum. 

 
The amount of messages I get on teamspeak is maddening....

I didn't even know I killed one of you to even need to get back to you in a certain time.

Leave it to admin, because I'm done with this.

 
I will give feedback to Neo rather than arguing if he feels rubbish RP or the rules are broken to issue a ban like all admins should be when they see bad RP or the rules being broken.
