Rdm ban For nothing ???

So yeah i got banned on the server for Rdm when it was me and another rebel who i asked to put down his gun so i could take him hostage .....( as you do as a rebel) and he then decided to run round a corner and then open fire i then returned fire and we both died , i don't see how that is Rdm.

Hey guys, I can vouch for Lummer as I witnessed this as it happened. 

Lummer was in a group with myself and cG Xenon and we were up behind the Garage in Kavala when we noticed a rebel, geared with a Katiba. We demanded he dropped his weapon and tried to take him hostage and he didn't RP and decided to run round the corner of the garage. He pre-aimed Lummer and began to fire, both exchanged shots and both players died. This was no case of RDM, both players died, we committed fully to Altis Life RP rules and we also got confirmation from cops on the server (SGT GONE and PC Jason) that the actions of this player did not breach any rules of the game. 

Hope you guys can sort this situation and unban him.
