Description of what happened: Ran my ANPR on a hemmitt box, it came up with 'Bug/cheat, impound' when I pulled it over, I asked the owner to unlock it so I could look for the generic 10 F.A.K's that you find in hacked hemmits, they were indeed there. I tried to impound it but the Windows key menu wouldn't come up so that lead me to believe that he may have hacked it in. I have some screenshots of the incident. I know it could have been an innocent bug but he seemed a bit dodgy.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Not sure but they could be hacking.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Couldn't find him on ts
