Raptr/playsTV not working

So recently my background recording software Raptr (yes I am a AMD, it feels wrong)  stopped doing it's job. I currently have no idea why apart from the fact that my "sessions" are not being reordered according to the plays TV part. Every time I try and open it, it either doesn't do anything or says that there is another PlaysTV.exe. running, I've checked task manager and no dice. Anyone have any idea as without this I'm pretty much screwed in terms of defending myself in report/reporting offences.

Can't speak for @Madmatt150but for me personally simply Reinstalling did the trick.
