Oh dear. There it is, I have to report myself for breaking the server rules. What I did, was completely intended so, I was(am) fully aware of the rules & what I was about to do at that moment. I'm prepared to face the consequences, above all I'm interested in the opinion of the high council about this situation.
Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): RangerMcFriendly & Ben
Time & Date this happened: 06:00 GMT, around that time*
Description of what happened: RangerMcFriendly was hanging out on the main square in Kavala(safe zone). He heard an explosion(near the public garage in Kavala), so he decided to to cross the street by the pedestrians crossing, to get on the other side of the road for a better look from that point of view. While he was in the middle of that sidewalk (facing north), he was knocked out all of a sudden by Ben(btw no RP about his attempt, but RangerMcFriendly doesn't mind about such procedure, its just a knock out blow), who came from behind(both were in SZ already for more then 5 minutes). The knock out blow threw RangerMcFriendly a little bit closer towards the house(animation while falling to the ground). Ben decided to ziptie RangerMcFriendly & also to effectively take him as a hostage. Another person saw that & decided to VDM both, maybe a rescue attempt which pushed both even a little bit more closer towards the house. After being taken hostage(and out of the safe zone), RangerMcFriendly decided to put a bullet into his head & logged off.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: RangerMcFriendly was totally surprised & unaware of Bens action(before that both had a friendly chat, no threats), so he informed him about the delicate situation, that both were in a safe zone(monitored by CCTv's) & that he can't go with Ben. Ben replied with the words "this is not a safe zone". In fact, it was on the border of that SZ.
I've met many people, who agreed with me about the borders of that particular SZ in Kavala(main square), else I would not spend so much time, just standing there & feeling safe.
A "Warning note" for Ben is in my opinion enough, he shouldn't get banned for this minor incident.
As for me, I'll except the verdict, however it might turn out to be, with respect to the admins & server rules (ALUK #1).
