randomly server restarted i lost katiba and full hemmet box frogs (Completed 16/03/2015)

Quick description of what happened:

server was in 3 hour time and saddenly got no message recived and it was one hour to restart i think its abnromal restart and i lost every think i just joine in 15 min i spaned in my house near frog swamp and spawn a hemmet and picked up a katiba and i was near the piers kitchen about to sell every thing and server randomly shut down

You most likely will not be compensated for the frog legs (See Below). If you were on Server 2, you will most likely  not be compensated for the Katiba (See Below)

• Anything stored in storage ( Again at your own risk )
• T Menu items ( Gold / Drugs / Clams / Oil / Salt / Copper etc etc)
  
• Houses/Garages (They auto expire after 60 days of not logging on)
• Under 100k requests when you have more than 1 million in your account.
• User Error ( You accidentally pressed the wrong button or you jumped out a window)
• Client Issues ( Your Arma 3 crashed - This is your own responsibility)
• Arma Issues ( Random Deaths/ Glitching / Flying in the air / Random Explosions)
• Server 2 going offline past 12am (Yes it will happen without warning, Its upto you to switch to S1)
