Randomly blew up in my car in paros. (Refused)

well as the topic say i was just driving not speeding or anything , then all of a sudden i just blew up in my car and im sure there wasent anything or anyone close to me , such as spikestrips or roadblocks.

basicly lost my , offroad and gear worth 200k+.
