Ok that officer was me. Were you around at the time it happened? I came back because it was a massive case or VDM. I was the only officer on and at that time I was dealing with talking to Sovereign about the VDMer and I did not want it to happen to anyone else. I have multiple people there that will say the same thing. So just to clarify I did not break NLR I came back to the scene where i was VDM'd and was wanting to clear the scene so no one else got hurt!
