Hey how do you raid a bank/Internatonial Reserve?

For the Hm treasury you require a blasting charge to open the vault and bolt cutters to open the doors.

Not even sure if the international reserve works anymore so couldn't tell you.

Hey how do you raid a bank

For the H.M.T (Her majesty's Treasury)/Bank you will require bolt cutters for the doors and once you find the vault you will require a blasting charge, this can be acquired from the rebel outposts.

Be aware that as soon as you place down the blasting charge you are Kill-on-sight for the police.

And you need 10 police officers Minimum so you can conduct a treasury raid.

Internatonial Reserve?

For the international reserve you require a code breaker of which once again you can buy from rebel outposts and bolt cutters for doors once again.

I think the code breaker is used on the doors instead of bolt cutters. I don't think they're needed.
