adding some static noises or hollowing the voices other radio to differentiate if its the guy next to you or it it the person on the radio talking.
Detailed Suggestion:
im almost always confused whether the guy talking to me is in radio or next to me which makes me to answer the wrong person, so i think adding this effect will add more realism to the server as well as reduce confusion, also if we add an effect where only one person can talk on the radio at a time it will also be great

more realism better communication and less confusion

might make the voices on radio bit muffled and hard to hear
