Hola. So I couldn't figure out from the rules, are bounty hunters allowed to make a 2 man, or more, group and catch criminals or not?

You are allowed to team up with other bounty hunters.  ^_^

You are allowed to team up with other Bounty Hunters or Police Officers,

You cannot ask aid from rebels or normal civillians or it will be instant ban.
