Questions on buying Warehouse/Green Towers

So a Warehouse costs 15mil and a Green Tower costs 10mil.

What do you get with warehouse compared with the green tower? example storage?

Can we get Hemmet Box's out at a warehouse and green towers as well?

I think some gang bases do provide heli spawns but i haven't seen one yet to offer road vehicles other then the first gang bases implemented. TCK Gang base has a helicopter spawn but i am not sure how much it was, was a group effort .
