Hello gentlemen,
My name is Dr. H. Lecter, I have recently come here and I have a few questions about the general life around here on your beautiful island and waters surrounding it. Thank you for taking your time to read this and help a man such as myself.
1. If a man attemps to take lives randomly with a car in the greenzone am I by the nations laws allowed to shoot him? Also if a man is trying to steal my car at the garage in Kavala or outside the pub (I am known as the cider guy, I am the one with the big orange and blue truck) am I then allowed to shoot him if he does not respond to me asking himself to go away from my vehicle?
2. If I am chasing a man in Kavala intenting to kill him (after conversing with him of course and both parties understanding the situation) and he runs into the greenzone am I then not allowed to shoot him? Assuming he's staying in the greenzone for protection, full knowning that he is being chased?
3. Is it impossible to file a complaint about a man for randomly killing me or breaking other rules, if you only have testimony from others? I shot a man named Musti trying to steal my car multiple times, and he came back (which is illegal) tried to steal my car again (in the greenzone) and he ran off after I told him I would shoot him again.
After about 5 minutes while me and my friends were watching a shootout at the Kavala church, I was randomly shot in the head by the man (Musti) and he continued to taunt me after I died, asking me where my pistol was now. I did not record it since I did not expect to get gunned down (for obvious reasons I dont always record) and all the proof I have is my friends testimony, will it be impossible for me to report this man to the correct authorities?
4. I am known to eat the rude, may I pursue my part time job as a "hunter" if I do it correctly under the right circumstances? Or may I under no circumstances capture someone or release them in a field to be hunted with the intent to kill them?
Again thank you for your time if you have read this far.
Love,
Dr. H. Lecter
