Questions about Abay

So, I have had lots of problems with Abay recently and I have a few questions. If anyone knows the answer I would love to hear them

-When you list an item on Abay, how long does it take to show up?

-Does Abay only show vehicles owned by people who are online or does it list everyones vehicle no matter if they're online or not?
