hello guys i have some more questions if someone can help pls...  i have a mate playing with and we get robed in fact they shaw my friend 1st i was behind and he get his hands up as they told him so my question is if i can start shooting at the person did this or if i go close and tell him to pick up his hans generaly what i do in situations like that...  and 2nd question is how i make a gang and how i get a gang base....

Make sure to no matter what provide quality roleplay before you even consider shooting!

Talk to the robber, see if you can negotiate some form of deal, etc. 

If it's a scenario of you watching your friend get robbed, and high quality RP has been provided, you could ask your friend to tell the robber something along the lines of "I have friends and allies in the area" to make your presence known, then follow it by a demand, such as "if you do not leave the area", etc lethal force will be used.

Just an example! There's incredibly many ways of dealing with a robbery, just be creative and keep in mind to provide good roleplay!
