hi just wondering why the academy office is open and full yet it takes weeks for people to get passed out or even seen to once, i understand that people work i do myself and that they have other commitments but if they are online on the TS and just sitting there watching people just pile up in the waiting room then what is the point of them having the academy tag.

sorry for the rant but its hot as hell here iv been working in the heat from 6 and been waiting a while for my FTT

There are a few reasons for it. Sometimes police like to talk to the other people in the constabulary. Hence the reason they go to the offices. They may also be playing games together, they don't just play Arma.

Patience is key, wait and your time will come.

Academy do it in their spare time and their presence in the office doesn't mean they have the time to sink into doing training or an interview or anything of the sort. There is paperwork involved and they may simply want a break... I dare you to join academy when the time comes and you will realise why it is totally unrealistic to expect them to be at your beck and call to do work. It is an added responsibility on top of also being active in game and they have a huge workload.

Patience and you will be rewarded.
