Question Regarding UNMC

@adster mc @Khandamir From my understanding the UNMC is gonna basiclly be the Opposite half of the APD,Anti-Governmental Freedom Fighters seeking a Free Altis & her people.

Territory Patrols,Arrest of Suspected Government Supporters,Stopping or controlling the Drug Trade,Selling Protection & things of that sort,Is this a adequete overview?
