If a house says it can support 0 storage containers can you still put storage boxes in them, or is that what it means?

Also, to buy the garage too, do you have to buy the house first?

If it says the house supports 0 storage containers you cannot store anything inside.

If it says it can support 1, 2, 3 or 4 containers then you can buy that amount of containers for your house. Hope that makes it clear enough for you!
