Question [NHS Higher Ups]

Hi all

Hope everyone is having a fantastic day!

A question tho !

So I go to a volunteer Sea cadet group here, but its on Sundays 6-8:30pm so I can never really attend ems meetings which is a bloody pain.

So what can I Do about promotions ? I gladly am a student as of Monday and of course I really want to be a first aider lol! But if I can't attend meetings what can I do?

Hi Mark, thanks for your concern and honesty about not being able to attend the NHS meetings. Usually in the meeting we have someone who takes full notes on everything that is said, from CMO points all the way through to promotions and questions. If you wish to see whether you were promoted, just check the promotions section on the meeting notes which are posted on the forums after every meeting.

As long as you are active and show people that you are a a good medic and have a good standard of roleplay then you will still get your promotion regardless of if you were at the meeting or not. 

Patrolling with CSTs or MTOs make you more likely to be promoted as they put feedback in and are more likely to put in recomendations
