So i was wondering , you need to report people for compensation on things like VDM or RDM. But what do you do if the person is very sorry for doing it and they are unable to compensate you due to lack of money.
An example would be someone RDMs me , we speak on TS and he is very sorry and will not do it again. I loose 600k worth of gear and he only has 200k of money in total.
Would it be okay to put a compensation requests up without reporting the guy as he knows what he did wrong and will not do it again. The reason i ask this is its kind of get the banned and them not be able to play anymore or you let them off and loose out on a shit tone of money and time you spent making it.
@Wilcoor @Neo, hopefully one of you will be able to answer this.
Edit -
The reason i ask this as no one likes loosing money and i would not want to to get someone banned for breaking a rule ( whi was very apologetic and knows what he did wrong) just because they can't afford to compensate me.
So i would like to know in cases like this can i still get comp , or do i have to choose to be a dick or loose out on a lot of time and money.
