Question about police, while threathing them

If i point a gun at at PC officer, and saying that he need to put his hands up, give me the keys to his truck and drop his cloth, and everything else he has on him. Am i then allowed to take to officers cloth?

You can take it and wear it. The police skin won't apply to you and will appear as normal combat fatigues. Taking a cop's uniform is a great way to disguise him as a civilian when taking him hostage or such. Remember to RP it all though.
