Question about one situation..

Hello.

First of all, I'm sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place. I'm still new and this might not be the right sub forum for my thread.

Okay so this is what happened today. We did a copper run with my friend (for the first time). Everything went fine till we reached the selling point. After selling half of collected copper, some random player (Pvt. Hampus) came to us and tried robbing me. My friend managed to escape while I got stuck with my car so I had nothing to do only to get out and listen to him. He was asking me to put my hands up but I pretended that I don't know to win some time.

I considered 2 things.

1. It wasn't a safe zone.

2. He was robbing me so thinking logically I am allowed to self defense?

I quickly pulled out my pistol and sprayed him saving my hard work... That little f**** cried in my messages asking to come to teamspeak and wanted to rob 150k of me in order to keep his video proof away.

So the question is, what I did is bad or not? I am new and this looks like bs to me if his report gonna do some bad for me.

Saying that you don't know how to put your hands up to stall time in my eyes is a bit of a sick move and possibly fail RP?

In regards to shooting the guy:

(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

Alright then, what I was supposed to be doing? Give all of my stuff to the random person that just doesn't want to work his ass of himself? What I was supposed to say to be able to shoot him back lmao.

I'd recommend that you read the rules page before logging back in, if you're struggling to understand on of the most basic rules.

You're only going to get yourself in trouble if you keep playing with out knowing  the rules.

It really depends on the scenario and what's been said to you, if someone tells you that you are going to be shot and holds a weapon at you, you are then completely fine to attempt to defend yourself as this person has a made a direct threat towards your life. However pretending to not know how to place your hands on your head even when you do can be considered Poor RP. Also if he never made lethal initiation towards your life then no real distinguished threat has been made and you will have to threaten him.
