Question about NHS

When you join the NHS and sometimes play as a medic, can you still be a full on rebel when you're not on duty?

I think nope, if you work for the government you cannot break any laws or you will lose your job, but thats just my humble opinion.

Im a whitelisted NHS, but i only play medic sometimes because it still need some tweaks, when im not playing medic im playing rebel.

Guess we are waiting for the NHS rules
